Registration temporary bug fix

The temporary fix is simple:
The captcha at the bottom of the registration form asks you to enter a sum. Those are the wrong instructions. Registration will work properly if, instead, you copy and paste the last line on the page "Just the Facts Maam" into the box on the form. (Follow this link to that page.)
