Registration temporary bug fix

The temporary fix is simple:

The captcha at the bottom of the registration form asks you to enter a sum. Those are the wrong instructions. Registration will work properly if, instead, you copy and paste the last line on the page "Just the Facts Maam" into the box on the form. (Follow this link to that page.) You can navigate to the registration form by clicking on the login link in the upper right corner and then clicking on "request one".
