This section--&amp;quot;inalienable Rights&amp;quot;--is about that philosophy.  We can take the discussion back to Aristotle if we like.  Most of the founding fathers had received a formal education which required a familiarity with the Greeks.  Their biggest influences were English and European philosophers of the 17th and 18th century.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
